Initially there will be no monitoring of enemy radio frequencies. This is due to both sides being well equipped and having encrypted communications.
If an enemy individual is captured and subsequently interrogated by the Intelligence Officer of the OPFOR the frequency that their radio is on, and it's encryption codes, have been compromised and that frequency is then open to monitoring by the Intelligence Officer ONLY!
As more radios are captured with different frequencies, the list of frequencies that can be monitored grows.
The Intelligence Officer must write down the players name that the frequency was recovered from, the frequency, and the time that the frequency was recovered to keep a log of the frequencies he/she is authorized to monitor.
Again, ONLY the Intelligence Officer may monitor compromised frequencies.
